End User Agreement (Terms of Service)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity occurring under your account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized account use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading information.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Upload malware or malicious code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with the Platform or other users.
• Use automated bots or scraping tools without our written permission.

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Product descriptions.
• Pricing.
• Inventory availability.
• Images and content.
• Compliance with applicable laws.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listing.

The Platform may facilitate communication and transactions between buyers and sellers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Contracts are formed directly between buyers and sellers.
• We are not responsible for product quality, shipping, warranties, or fulfillment.
• Users are responsible for resolving disputes with one another.

If payments are processed through the Platform:

• Fees and pricing will be disclosed before payment.
• Users authorize payment processing through approved payment providers.
• Refunds are governed by the applicable seller's policies unless otherwise stated.

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions:

• Automatically renew unless canceled.
• May be changed or discontinued by us with reasonable notice.
• Are non-refundable unless required by law.

All Platform software, branding, logos, graphics, designs, and content are owned by or licensed to us.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Sell
• Redistribute
• Reverse engineer

any portion of the Platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Display
• Store
• Reproduce
• Distribute

your content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

You represent that you own or have permission to use all uploaded content.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to our privacy practices.

Users may not list products that are:

• Illegal
• Counterfeit
• Dangerous
• Fraudulent
• Infringing intellectual property
• Otherwise prohibited by applicable law or our policies.

We reserve the right to remove listings at our sole discretion.

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraud
• Abuse other users
• Damage the integrity of the Platform

without prior notice.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability
• Accuracy
• Security
• Reliability
• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost business
• Lost data
• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages

arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BSD Dashboard, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your content
• Your products
• Your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, United States.
